The Board discussed <br /> <br />this matter furtheran<il felt that the rezoning of the property would make it <br /> <br />consistent with other uses in that area and the intent of the Master Plan. A <br /> <br />motion was then made by William Abbott and seconded by Steve Edwards to have <br /> <br />the property rezoned by the Plan Commission consistent with the other business <br /> <br />uses on this street. This motion unanimously carried. Dave Barry stated that <br /> <br />he felt other properties had been similiarly overlooked when the zoning map <br /> <br />was made and might be affected in a similiar manner.
