<br />-10- <br />The Board after reviewing the zoning map advised him that the property <br />was zoned industrial and Mr. Benedict then questioned whether he <br />was allowed to have a horse in that classification. It was the <br />consensus of the Board that a horse would be allowed in that <br />classification. <br />It was also brought to the Board's attention that Dr. Alarcon <br />had allowed weeds to grow wild next to Mr. Benedict's driveway. <br />He further advised that there were several abandoned cars on the <br /> <br /> <br />property and the back of the business was being used as rental property. <br /> <br /> <br />The Board noted the complaint as being the use of multi-family <br /> <br /> <br />dwelling in a business classification. Joe Beikman confirmed that <br /> <br /> <br />the property was in fact in violation. The Board advised Mr. Benedict <br /> <br /> <br />that he could contact the police concerning the abandoned vehicles <br /> <br /> <br />and the Board asked the Building Inspector to cite the property for <br /> <br /> <br />a violation if he in fact found that one existed. <br /> <br /> <br />The Board then moved on to the Building Inspector's report. <br /> <br /> <br />Inspector Beikman advised that eight permits were issued; thirty-one <br /> <br /> <br />inspections performed and one red tag issued. He advised that the <br /> <br /> <br />red tag was for the G. R. Woods building which was going up without <br /> <br /> <br />a permit. Mr. Beikman further advised that he had cited Frank Lowry <br /> <br /> <br />for violation of the unsafe building ordinance and that further <br /> <br /> <br />action was being taken on that matter. The Board advised that Mr. <br /> <br /> <br />Beikman and the Town Attorney should take whatever steps are <br /> <br /> <br />necessary to correct the violations noted with regard to the Frank <br /> <br /> <br />Lowry property. Bill Abbott moved to cite that property under the <br /> <br /> <br />unsafe building ordinance and to schedule Mr. Lowry to appear before <br /> <br />'-- <br />
