The board requested <br />that the attorney ask Mr. Turner to appear at the next meeting. <br /> <br />The next item to come on the agenda was the Hatmaker property <br /> <br />in Victor Drive. Additional complaints had been received and <br />the violations were still in existence according to board member, <br />Steve Edwards, who was by the property at 6:45 this evening. <br />The board's attorney stated that documentation of the violation <br />should be made before proceeding with any type of court order. <br />Building Inspector Beikman was to take care of this. <br />The next item on the agenda was the alleged violation on <br />Johnson Road of Joan Fuller, doing business as Joan's Catering. <br /> <br />The board's attorney stated that Mrs. Fuller was present and <br /> <br />had advised them that a variance request would be filed. Based <br /> <br />upon this the board tabled the violation until the Board of <br />~ <br />Zoning Appeals has had an opportunity to hear the case. <br /> <br />The next item on the agenda was the Lowry property at 2 <br />West Main. There was a problem with this property not being <br />secured under the unsafe building ordinance and the plans from <br />the architect had not been received by the Building Inspector <br />to date. The board's attorney advised that he would send a <br />letter requiring them to secure the building. <br />There were several residents of Summer Place Addition present <br />asking questions regarding the addition and the responsibility <br />for restrictive covenants. The board's attorney advised the <br /> <br />residents that the restrictive covenants were to be enforced <br /> <br />by the landowners and the road problems should be taken to the <br /> <br />county commissioners. There was also a question regarding certain <br />-..- <br />trash violations at the Bivano property which would be recommended <br /> <br />-2- <br />
