<br />tenant regarding the removal of the tanks and permitted uses which <br /> <br />will be monitored. <br /> <br />The next item to come before the board was the Hatmaker violations <br /> <br />on Victor Drive. <br /> <br />Several board members had observed the trucks <br /> <br />being stored on the property and miscellaneous debris at various <br /> <br />times. <br /> <br />The building inspector advised that he had been by the <br /> <br />property on several occasions a few weeks ago and the vehicles had <br /> <br />been removed, however, they had been returned. <br /> <br />The board's attorney <br /> <br />advised that verification of the violation should be made through <br /> <br />pictures and the enforcement of the court order could be initiated <br /> <br />after proper documentation. <br /> <br />The next item to come before the board concerned the Lowry property <br /> <br />at Main and Indiana. <br /> <br />Building inspector Beikman advised that the <br /> <br />--- <br /> <br />unsafe building ordinance would apply here in that there were several <br /> <br />violations. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Bill Abbott and seconded by Steve <br /> <br />Edwards to proceed with the fitingof an unsafe building ordinance <br /> <br />violation and schedule the same for a hearing. <br /> <br />The building inspector then gave his report of ten inspections <br /> <br />and nine permits over the past month. <br /> <br />A discussion was had regarding <br /> <br />the setting of a meeting date since the fourth Thursday in November <br /> <br />fell on Thanksgiving Day. <br /> <br />After a discussion the board moved the <br /> <br />meeting date to November 19, the Thursday prior to the normal meeting <br /> <br />date. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the board, upon <br /> <br />-~ <br /> <br /> <br />motion duly made and seconded the mee>ill~~~S ad'ourned. { <br />//'h .~\ <br />L---' // <br /> <br />V rn Kimmel, President <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Dated: <br /> <br />November 19, 1987 <br /> <br />-2- <br />
