<br />'-- <br /> <br />'-" <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE MOORESVILLE PLAN COÞll1ISSION <br /> <br />The Mooresvil1e Plan Commission met at its regularly scheduled session on <br /> <br />the 27th day of March, 1986, at the Mooresville Town HRll. Present were Board <br /> <br />i1e:rnbers Steve Edwards, Will iam Abhott, Tilford Bailey ~ David Barry, "erfl. Kimmel, <br /> <br />Wendell Thaler and Building Inspector Joe Beikman and the Board's Attorney, T;mothy <br /> <br />C. Currens. Chairman Edwards determined that there was a quoruw prese~t and <br /> <br />proceeded to approval of the minutes of the last meeting. <br /> <br />The Board then proceeded to business from the floor. Helen Manning was <br /> <br />preseDt pursuant to the request of th~ Board regarding the complaint that a business <br /> <br />was bei.ng run at 102 S,..¡eef:w00d Drive, Hooresville, IDdi.:ma. Mrs. Manning advised <br /> <br />that she had cleaned the property up And ~ha~ basically they had operated a wood <br /> <br />cutting operation to supply wood to her businesses in Indianapolis. She stated that <br /> <br />they had been working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday frow 8 to 4, but no other days. <br /> <br />She stated that she did not realize th~t this was a violation an1 had ceased the <br /> <br />business use. Chairman Edwards requested that tbe Board's attorney advise Mrs. <br /> <br />Man!ling of the Jegal status. Attorney Currens stated that we bad requested her <br /> <br />to come before the Board to discuss the UBe and if in fact there was B violation <br /> <br />to advise Mrs. Manning that she would have to cease the business use and either <br /> <br />file for a variance, rezoning of the property or cease to operate any business. <br /> <br />He tha~ked Mrs. Manning for Qeing present ~nd her co-operation. <br /> <br />The Roa::-d then prot:eeded ":0 new b'lsiness, Cloverleaf Development. In <br /> <br />particular the Board was requested by Cloverleaf PrDpe~ties, Tnc. to answer ~ertai~ <br /> <br />questions which were addresse8 in a lettey dated March 17, 1986. The B08rd reviewed <br /> <br />the item~ 1 through 7 and made determinations on the s'me. They directed the <br /> <br />Attorney to forward this information to D~ve Rest at Cloverleaf. <br /> <br />Steve Edwards advised that there had bee~ a complaint on the Bivanio property <br /> <br />on Clay Street, in particular? the debris in the alley which was on the Town's right- <br /> <br />of-way. Building Inspector Beikman advised that he had sent Assistant Chief Mel <br />
