<br />MINUTES OF THE MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />The Mooresville Plan Commission met at its regularly scheduled <br /> <br />meeting place, the Town Hall, on June 26, 1986. Present were Board Members <br /> <br />Steve Edwards, Vern Kimmel, Wendell Thaler, William Abbott, David Barry, <br /> <br />Tilford Bailey, and Joel Beebe. Building Inspector Beikman was also <br /> <br />present and the Board's Attorney, Timothy C. Currens, had left a report for <br /> <br />the meeting and was present at the end of the meeting. In particular the <br /> <br />Attorney advised that the Mick Denney subdivision was being worked on and <br /> <br />was compling to the requirements Building Inspector Beikman had requested. <br /> <br />The Manning property had ceased doing business pursuant to the Board's request. <br /> <br />Lastly, the Hatmaker property was cleaned up from the business activity which <br /> <br />had been occuring on it and the building permit had been appljed for. <br /> <br />The Building Inspector gave his report and there being no further <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />b~siness to come before the Board the meeting was on motion duly made and <br /> <br />seconded adjourned. <br /> <br />1J~ a fJ J¡"~~J <br /> <br />_~f¡Ja./:~ <br />' Se tary <br /> <br /> <br />Dated: ~/ J- L(/ Yþ <br /> <br />',,- <br />
