None

forthcoming Bill Abbott moved to approve the final plat of the Spring Mill

Court subdivision. The motion was seconded by Vern Kimmel and unanimously

carrieò.

'--

No further business coming before the Board, Fire Chief Bruner requested

a moment to speak to the Board concerning the meeting that he attended earlier

this month concerning fire prevention codes. He thanked the Board for their consideration.

Steve Edwards moved on to new business and Bill Abbott raised questions

concerning the used tire outlet.

It was determined that the area was zoned Local Business and therefore

the outdoor storage of tires was in violation of the ordinance and that the

owners needed to be advised to remove the outside inventory. A motion was made

by Bill Abbott and seconded by Vern Kimmel to have the Board Attorney draft a

letter to the Building Inspector advising him to red tag the used tire outlet

for unsafe building violations and further advising that the outdoor storage

was in violation of the zoning ordinance since the area was not zoned industrial.

Vern Kimmel advised that there was debris on the southeast corner of

'-
