<br />would post a bond to be set by the Plan Commission and after a discussion of the <br /> <br />'- parties the Plan Commission agreed to set a bond in the amount of $1,000.00 to be <br /> <br />, <br />posted as a note and first mortgage to indemnify the Town and hold them harm~~ess <br /> <br />from the demolition work in the event the work on the property was not completed <br /> <br />within the 60 days. Mr. Graybill would have 7 days to sign the note and mortgage <br /> <br />agreement by contacting the Board's Attorney, Timothy C. Currens with this note and <br /> <br />mortgage agreement to be in effect a performance bond to be forfeited if the work <br /> <br />stipulated in the judgment was not performed within the 60 day period and said note <br /> <br />and mortgage indemnifying bond to be filed within 7 days or by October 30, 1986 if <br /> <br />Mr. Graybill intends to proceed with the completion of the work on the property, <br /> <br />in the event he does not choose to proceed with the work then the Board will have <br /> <br />the authority to proceed with removal of the structure as an unsafe building at <br /> <br />the expense of Mr. Graybill. <br /> <br />The next item to come before the agenda was the Redeker property. In <br /> <br />'-' <br /> <br />particular the Board wanted to know if the residence were still occupying the <br /> <br />front building. Building Inspector Beikman advised that they were still in the <br /> <br />property and that it has been red tagged. Based upon this the Board requested <br /> <br />their Attorney to send a letter to Mr. Redeker advising him of the potential fine <br /> <br />and also for Mr. Beikman to inspect the property and to request Mr. Redeker to <br /> <br />appear at the next meeting. <br /> <br />The next item to come before the Board concerned the property next to Weddle <br /> <br />TV on State Road 67 North where the property owner had stacked tires in his portion <br /> <br />of the shopping mall. Building Inspector Beikman was requested to talk with them <br /> <br />about this outside storage violation. <br /> <br />The next item to come before the Board was the Building Inspector's report of <br /> <br />4 permits, 9 inspections. There being no further business to become before the Board <br /> <br />the meeting was upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried adjourned. <br /> <br />'--' <br /> <br />-3- <br />
