<br />'- <br /> <br />"- <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />with the vote which was unanimous to recommend the accompanying maps with the <br /> <br />change from AR to I Industrial of the 40.53 acres of Mr. Hopkins along with <br /> <br />the recommendation for the passing of the Ordinance for the Development Through <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning of the Area Within the Jurisdition of the Plan Commission <br /> <br />of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana to the Town Board for a favorable passage. <br /> <br />The vote was unanimous. <br /> <br />The next item on the agenda was a question regarding the fire hydrant <br /> <br />billings on the Mitchell Denny property. The Board's Attorney advised that this <br /> <br />property had not been approved and to date said property was still Mr. Denny's <br /> <br />for maintenance. <br /> <br />The next item on the agenda concerned alleged violations as follows: <br /> <br />1. "Grooming for Style" at 209 South Bishop a business in the residential <br /> <br />area. <br /> <br />2. Bruce's CB, 1021 State Road 144 a business use in a residential area <br /> <br />and a sign without a permit and also setback violation. <br /> <br />3. The number of horses on the Kendrick property being in violation of <br /> <br />the original variance granted. <br /> <br />The Board proceeded to request Building Inspector Beikman to check out the <br /> <br />209 South Bishop violation. The Board requested the Attorney to send a letter <br /> <br />to the 1021 State Road 144 property owner regarding his alleged violation and <br /> <br />agreed to review the Kendrick variance for the next meeting. <br /> <br />The next item to come before the Board was the Building Inspector's <br /> <br />report. Building Inspector Beikman advised that he had issued one new permit <br /> <br />and had given six inspections. <br /> <br />-5- <br />
