<br />Next, Jeff Banning of Banning Engineering presented an amendment to Town ~XI1t~.eJID.-C for <br />the northeast corner, north of Blockbuster Video. This is dividing one lot 01J..6 acreš-iñfo three <br />lots. A proposed Ritters on .94 acres, proposed Steak and Shake on .98 acres, and unknown on <br />.82. acres. Two accesses to Town Center Road for each lot. Availability fees will be paid before <br />recording the plat. Motion was made by Commissioner Pygman, second by Commissioner <br />Young to accept amendment to original PUD-C with the stipulation the lighting is compatible <br />and availability fees are paid. Motion carried 8-0. <br /> <br />Tom Engle of Barnes & Thornberg presented TOA'S replat of the Rawlings Minor Plat platted <br />by Mid States Engineering. TOA is taking five acres out of Lot 1 and putting with Lot 2 to give <br />to Woods Wire. Woods Wire is exercising their option to purchase they had before TOA <br />decided to purchase. Tim Currens suggested approval be subject to certification of downstream <br />flow for each of the lots involved. Motion was made by Commissioner Bennett, second by <br />Commissioner Ehrhart to approve TOA Minor Plat subject to downstream flow certification on <br />all lots. Motion carried 8-0. <br /> <br />Chairman Beebe announced the Master Plan Review Committee consists of Mike Young and <br />John Ehrhart. Chris Crouch volunteered to work on the committee. Mike Young will chair the <br />committee. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported forty (40) permits and one hundred six (106) <br />inspections. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Mooresvil1e Plan Commission, <br />Commissioner Bruner motioned to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />The next meeting ofthe Mooresvil1e Plan Commission wil1 be on Thursday, February 22,2001, <br />at 7:00 P.
