Fire Chief advised that the ordinance could be retroactive for rentals but not

for residential properties.

Bud Swisher then advised that he had a question regarding the hairstyling

business located on East Washington Street. Attorney Currens advised that this

matter had been before the Board of Zoning Appeals and was the residence of the

Cowdens. This matter was passed by the Board of Zoning Appeals allowing a variance

for this use. Mr. Swisher also had a question regarding the Farm Bureau building

and what was going to happen with it. No one on the Board had any current knowledge

of this situation.

There being no further business to come before the Board the meeting was

adjourned by motion duly made by Steve Edwards and seconded by William Abbott and

unanimously approved.

'--

(7)~Øfx/~ ~fftJ--

Dave Barry, Chairman

'--

-"

~ /( I3ß<~.
Ti fo Baileý, Sécretar

Dated: October 24, 1985
