Ind:l:ana

Dear Sam:

I am writing you this letter as the attorney for the Civil Town of
Mooresville regarding your client, Hosten Bible, and his request for a
variance on the ahove captioned grounds. Please be advised that the
development standards variance regarding the set-back on Morgan Street
'- from 40 feet to 28 feet and on the south side from 20 feet to 16 feet was
granted. Also, the minimum lot width variance was granted, th$t being the
ratio set out in the drawing which . was less than the 2:1 ratio required by
our ordinance. Thirdly, the minimum lot area per dwelling standard of
3500 square feet with a. request of 2500 square feet was granted. Lastly,
the parking standard of 2 per unit a8 se·t out in the ordinance was not
granted with the Board requiring you to meet the development standard of
the ordinance. Please let me know if you have any additional questions
regarding this 'matter and thank you for your 'most able assistance.

Best regards,

Timothy C.
