<br />" ....~ <br />C)'i .....,.,'. <br /> <br />\'\./ ,I' ',; ,.::.~ i ,1/ <br /> <br />~. i <br />,,;"';; <br /> <br /> <br />May 8, 1978 <br /> <br />CERTIFIED MAIL - Return Receipt Requested <br /> <br />Mr. Cecil Wineman <br />431 Condui t t <br />Mooresville, Indiana 46158 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Wineman: <br /> <br />Our office represents the Mooresville Plan Commission. <br /> <br />The Mooresville Plan Commission has received complaints concerning <br />business activities which you are allegedly involved in at your <br />residential address. <br /> <br />The .Ose Map. which is incorporated in the Mooresville Master Plan <br />indicates that your property is located in an area which is zoned <br />district designation "A" Single-family residence. <br /> <br />If in fact you are operating a business in this location you would <br />be in violation of the zoning regulations of the Town of Moorea- <br />ville, the same being Ordinance No. 1-1972. <br /> <br />In order to determine whether or not you are in fact in violation <br />of the zoning ordinance of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, we <br />would solicit your cooperation to appear before the Mooresville <br />Plan Commission at its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, <br />May 25, 1978, at 7:30 p.m. The Plan Commission meets in the Town <br />Hall. <br /> <br />The Plan Commission does not wieh to make an arbitrary deoision in <br />this matter without conversing with you. However, if you fail to <br />appear before the Plan Commission to .how oause why you are not in <br />fact in violation of the zoning regulations of the Town of Moores- <br />ville, you will leave the Plan Commission with no alternative but <br />to consider filing a suit for injunction in the Circuit Court of <br />Morgan County seeking to restrain you from violating the provisions <br />of the zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />The Board will consider any facts or evidence which you have to <br />present te it at the meeting on May 25, 1978 as to why you are not <br />in fact in violation of the zoning ordinance. <br />
