<br />-- <br /> <br />'i'J. <br /> <br />" ,/-, '~'. 1. <br /> <br />May 8, 19 78 <br /> <br />CERTIFIED MAIL - Return Receipt Reque.ted <br /> <br />Mr. James Rippy <br />66 Sweetwood Drive <br />Mooresville, Indiana 46158 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Rippy. <br /> <br />Our office represents the Mooresville Plan Commission. <br /> <br />The Mooresville Plan Commission has received complaints concerninq <br />bueiness activities which you are alleqedly involved in at your <br />reeidential address. <br /> <br />The nOse Map. which is incorporated in the Mooresville Master Plan <br />indicates that your property is located in an area which is zoned <br />district desiqnation "A" Sinqle-family residence. <br /> <br />If in fact you are operatinq a business in this location you would <br />be in violation of the zoninq requlations of the Town of Moores- <br />ville, the same beinq Ordinance No. 1-1972. <br /> <br />In order to determine whether or not you are in fact in violation <br />of the zoninq ordinance of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, we <br />would solicit your cooperation to appear before the Mooresville <br />Plan Commission at its regularly scheduled meetinq on Thursday, <br />Mav 25, 1978, at 7.30 p.m. The Plan Commission meets in the Town <br />Hall. <br /> <br />The Plan Commission does not wish to make an arbitrary decision in <br />this matter without conversinq with you. However, if you fail to <br />appear before the Plan Commission to show cause why you are not in <br />fact in violation of the zoninq regulations of the Town of Moores- <br />ville, you will leave the Plan Commission with no alternative but <br />to consider filinq a suit for injunction in the Circuit Court of <br />Morgan County seeking to restrain you from violatinq the provisions <br />of the zoninq ordinance. <br /> <br />The Board will consider any facts or evidence which you have to <br />present to it at the meetinq on May 25, 1978 as to why you are not <br />in fact in violation of the zoninq ordinance. <br />
