<br />o <br /> <br />May 8, 1978 <br /> <br />CERTIFIED MAIL - Return Receipt Requested <br /> <br />Mr. Hansford Benge <br />61 Hadley Street <br />Moor..ville, Indiana 46158 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Bengel <br /> <br />Our office represents the Mooresville Plan Commission. <br /> <br />The Mooresvilla Plan Commiesion has received complaints concerning <br />business activities which you are allegedly involved in at your <br />reaidential addre.s. <br /> <br />The 'Use Map" which is incorporated in the Mooresville Master Plan <br />indicate. that your property is located in an area which is zo~ed <br />district designation "A" Single-family residence. <br /> <br />If in fact you are operating a business in this location you wo~ld <br />be in violation of th~ zoning regulations of the Town of Moores- <br />villa, the Same being Ordinanca No. 1-1972. <br /> <br />In order to determine whether or not you are in fact in violation <br />of the zoning ordinance of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana. we <br />would solicit your cooperation to appear before the Mooresville <br />Plan Commission at its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, <br />May 25, 1978, at 7:30 p.m. The Plan Commission msets in the Town <br />Hall. <br /> <br />The Plan Commission does not wish to make an arbitrary decision in <br />this matter without conversing with you. However, if you fail to <br />appear before the Plan Commission to show cause why you are not in <br />fact in violation of the zoning regulations of the ~own of. ~oor~s- <br />ville, you will leave the Plan Commission with no alternative but <br />to consider filinq a suit for injunction in the circuit Court or <br />Morgan County seeking to restrain you from violating the provisions <br />of the .oning ordinance. <br /> <br />The Board will con.ider any fact. or evidence which you have to <br />present to it at the aeeting on May 25, 1978 as to vhy you are not <br />in fact in violation of the .oning ordinance. <br />
