There are others advertising and
Operating that are to be investigated and reported to the Plan Commission.

The usual question of the "Old Kendricks Hospital" operating in
violation of the variance granted was discussed. A motion made by
Jean Henderson and seconded by George Smith was to direct the Mooresvill
Building Inspector to inspect the property for compliance with the
variance granted.

Jean nenderson, Democrat member of the Plan Commission, advised
that she will be moving out of state by June 1, 1978 and her replacement
on the commission should be sought by the Town Board.

There being no further business, upon a motion by Eweather
Stephens, seconded by Jean Henderson, the meeting was adjourned.

Respectfully submitted,

./'
t._,~
::;::: /' f
(/2LdLlk

Secretary

( ,

\~
,-;-,
! /.,
(,L~& c?

-

i
v

~~4##r

President

------
