Your inquiry wae <br />whether or not you cOllla have "temporary permission" to sell <br />things at your residence through Christmae eo ae to eell out <br />your inventory. <br /> <br />There ie no provision in the Eoning ordinance to permit the <br />Board of Zoning Appeals to allow you to do this. <br /> <br />The Plan Commieeion hae taken the position that you were in <br />violation ot the zoning ordinance eome weeks ago and, as you <br />know, entered its administrative order advising you to ceaee <br />and desist from doing any business at your home. <br /> <br />AS the Board of Zoning Appeals subsequently denied your peti- <br />tion for a variance, there is no further procedure for you to <br />follow in oontinuing your business activities exoept for appeal- <br />ing the deoision of the Board of Zoning Appeals to one of the <br />appropriate courte in Morgan County. <br /> <br />I therefore must inform you that YO\1 may not legally continue <br />to operate your business activities at your residence at 630 <br />Maple Lane, Mooresville, Indiana. <br /> <br />By carbon copy of thie letter I aa notifying your attorney of <br />your inquiry and our reeponse and am also sending a copy ot <br />thie letter to the respective Presidents of the Mooresville <br />Plan Co.miseion and the Mooresville Board ot Zoning Appeals. <br /> <br />DEL/jd <br />co: Mr. Timothy C.
