<br />I <br /> <br />-' - ";"" <br /> <br />..- <br />, <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission <br /> <br /> <br />was held on Thursday, August 25, 1977, at 7:30 p.m., at the Town <br /> <br />Hall. <br /> <br />The following board members were present: <br /> <br />Robert Farmer; <br /> <br />Lewis Truax; Steve Edwards; King Doxsee and Bill Abbott. The <br /> <br /> <br />Board's attorney, David E. Lawson, was also present. <br /> <br /> <br />In the absence of the Secretary of the Board, President <br /> <br /> <br />Bob Farmer, appointed Steve Edwards as Acting Secretary of the <br /> <br /> <br />meeting. <br /> <br />The next order of business was to review building permits <br /> <br /> <br />which had been issued since the last board meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />Bill Abbott reminded the Board that the Building Inspec- <br /> <br /> <br />tor, Norman Harris, would be gone during the entire month of Sep- <br /> <br /> <br />tember, and that the Technical Committee and other members of the <br /> <br /> <br />Plan Commission would have to assist in the necessary inspections. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Abbott also reported on the progress of bringing for- <br /> <br />ward the Use Map, and also the map which will be used to incorporate <br /> <br /> <br />the suggested buffer zone heretofore adopted. <br /> <br /> <br />There being no further business to corne before the Board, <br /> <br /> <br />upon motion of Steve Edwards, seconded by King Doxsee, and unanimously <br /> <br /> <br />passed, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />Robert Farmer, President <br /> <br />Steve Edwards, Acting Secretary <br />
