Ross and Donna Kay Ross,
which was docketed as #1-1977.

The majority of the Board acted favorably upon the petition, in
accordance with the summary of the variance sought by your client's
petition. Your clients have been granted a variance to sell craft
supplies and to sell to the public at retail, finished craft and
related products in the ~asement of their residence during daytime
hours, and one hour eveninq per week.

You realize this variance in no way alters the stipulations as were
set forth by a prior petition which was approved and filed as Doc-
ket 114-1976.

You also realize that the variance of this petition, as well as the
prior one, was granted exclusively to your clients and the existing
property owners, James K. Ross and Donna Kay Ross.

Yours very truly,

MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

) ,,/"
~>- //,
BY: Paul Walters, President

DEL/ls
cc.Mrs. Eweather Stephena
