<br />MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION MEETING <br /> <br />June 24, 1976 <br /> <br />The Mooresville Plan Commission met in regular session with the <br />following Board Members present: Bob Farmer, Lewis Truax, Steve <br />Edwards and Bill Abbott. The Board's attorney, David E. Lawson, <br />was RIsa present. In the absence of Mrs. Eweather Stephens, Sec- <br />retary of the Board, President Bob Farmer appointed Steve Edwards <br />as action secretary. <br /> <br />There were no formal petitions to come before the Board at its meet- <br />ing. <br /> <br />Attorney Lawson advised the Board that the Board of Trustees of the <br />Town of Mooresville, Indiana, had adopted the Subdivision Control <br />Ordinance as recommended by the Plan Commission. The same has been <br />designated_Ordinance No.2 - 1976. An executed copy of the Ordinance <br />was given to President Farmer to place in the minute book of the Board. <br />Copies of the Subdivision Control Ordinance are to be made by the Town <br />and offered for sale to third parties.
