Attorney <br />Lawson assured those present that the developer must meet all <br />requirements of jtown codes as well as State building codes before <br />obtaining a building pecmlt. <br />The main point of concern of remonstrators remained the excess <br />storm water. Those speaking to the problem of drainage were: <br />Marlon Adams, Richard Allen, Ruth Allen, Walter Irvin and Floyd <br />Duncan. Mr. Gagliano spoke to reassure those concerned that he <br />doesn1t Intend to saddle the town with unnecessary expense <br />regarding the cost of the storm sewer which would be required. <br />It was also pointed out that Mr. Gagliano would be a resident manager <br />of the complex. <br />After questions and answers from the floor, pro and con, the <br />Plan Commission discussed the issue and a motion was made ~~Xf.II~~ <br />by Lewis Truax as follows: <br />"I move that we recommend to the Town Board that said property <br />be re-zoned multi-family providing the Contractor can resolve the <br />problem of drainage and come up with a detailed plan to be approved <br />prior to the start of construction." 116111 <br />The motion was seconded by Eweather Stephens and the vote was: <br />Eweather Stephens - Yes William Roberson - No <br />Lewis Truax - Yes Steve Edwards - No <br />Bart Hensley - Yes <br />Thus no action was taken as a vote of at least four (4) either <br />yes or no is required. The developer has the right to re-petitlon <br />and be heard again In thirty (30) days. <br />
