FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> FOR VARIANCE OF USE <br /> <br />.~Pursuant to lC 36-7-4-918.4 the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals having heard the <br />variance filed b.~_~. ,~./~,.~ J~ c~_.f,a~.z/?~_/.~t_ _~,a~,~/~._~ uesting the following use <br /> <br />now makes/~e following F~nd~ng ~'~act pursuant to IC 365-74-918.4: <br /> <br /> 1. The approval will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals, and general <br />welfare of the community due to the following: ~2 .fJ~_~ ~. ~Z~'.~,~JO/~ f <br /> <br /> 2. The use and value of the area adjacent to the property included in the variance will <br />not be affected in a substantially adverse mannex due to the following: ~, ~,~. <br /> <br /> 3. The need for thevariance arises from some condition~/~uliar to the property <br />involved, namely: <br /> <br /> 4. The strict application of the terms of the Zoning Ordinance will constitute an <br />unnecessary hardshipc_~~) -(~J¢-~~'t~if appli.ed to the property~a _/~..r/~[~;5. is sought;fpr which the variance namely: <br /> <br /> 5.
