<br />MOORESVILLE PLAN COW1ISSION <br />February 19, 1973 <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />The Mooresville Plan Commission met in regular session on <br />Monday, February 19, 1973, with the following members present: <br />william Harris; Steve Edwards; Dutch Fulk and Bart Hensley. The <br />attorney for the Board, David E. Lawson, was also present. <br /> <br />The first order of business was the election of new officers <br />the following officers were elected for the year 1973: Steve <br />Edwards, Chairman; Hank Gajderowicz, Vice-Chairman; and Mrs. <br />Jean Henderson, Secretary. <br /> <br />The minutes of the last regular scheduled meeting were read <br />and approved. <br /> <br />The attorney for the Board was instructed to write the new <br />owners or occupants of the old Kendrick Hospital as that parcel <br />is presently zoned "residential" and there is an indication that <br />either businesses or apartment dwellings are being established <br />at this site in violation of the present zoning classification <br />"residential". The property owner's name is to be given to <br />Mr. Lawson so that the appropriate letter can be written. <br /> <br />Attorney Lawson presented new forms which he suggested the <br />Board adopt. This was done by consent and the attorney was <br />given permission to discuss the matter with the Town Board at <br />its regular scheduled meeting on February 20, 1973, to see if <br />approximately 250 copies of each new form could be printed. <br /> <br />Mr. Lawson is to prepare a rough draft of a sub-division <br />control ordinance in accordance with that ordinance which has <br />been gone through by the Board in its past monthly meeting <br />in hopes of passing the same within the next sixty to ninety <br />(60 to 90) days. <br /> <br />There being no further business coming before the Board, <br />upon motion by Dutch Fulk, seconded by Bart Hensley the meeting <br />was adjourned. <br /> <br />J'~V] (I fl~rh <br /> <br />Secre ary <br />
