MAY 15, 1972 <br /> <br />PRESENT. B.Harris, S.Edwards, B.Hensley, Jeanne Henderson and Mr, Lind. <br /> <br />Minutes of the March 20, 1972 Plan Commission read and approved as read. <br /> <br />Minutes of the April 17, 1972 Plan Commission read, corrected and approved <br />as corrected. Correction to read, April minutes will be read in May. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS. <br />Mr.Monre appeared before the Plan Commission as re~uested. The Town <br />Buildinginspector will visit the construction site. Mr.Moore said he <br />would not object to inspection of the construction. <br /> <br />Mr.Moore complained about remodeling at 106 E.Main St. The inspector will <br />check the site. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS. <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Dunn appeared before the Board and presented specifications of <br />his proposed townhouses. The Commission compared actual specifications with <br />required specifications of the new Zoning Ordinance. The figures Mr. Dunn <br />~ presented meet the Ordinance requirements. <br /> <br />Mr. Lind has not revaewed the sample Sub-Division control Ordinance <br />and the Board will begin work on a new Sub-Division Ordinance when all the <br />Commission members have had a chance to study the sample. <br /> <br />Mr. Hensley stated that he had had a complaint that Mr.O.Nowlin was selling <br />motorcycles at his home on N.Indiana St. Mr. Harris will check with Mr. <br />Nowlin. <br /> <br />Motion to adjourn by S.Edwards, seconded by B.Hensley. <br />Meeting adjourned.
