CODE 3'7 <br /> <br />October 9, 1969 <br /> <br />To the Trustees of t he Town of <br />Mooresvi11e, Members of the <br />Citizen's Advisory Committee, <br />Members of the Plan Commission, <br />Clerk-Treasurer and all Officers <br />and Employees of the Town of Mooresville: <br /> <br />As most of you know, the duties of tne <br />Town Attorney have been sUbstantially increased for <br />a limited period through December 31, 1971, in an <br />effort to wor~ with the various departments of the <br />Town, to Ii nalyze and hopefully improve the day-to- <br />day operation of the Town ~overnment. <br /> <br />In order to approach the broader problems <br />facing the town, a Citizen's Advisory Committee has <br />been set up to develop a program and to lidvise the <br />Town Board. <br /> <br />It is my sincere hope that every person <br />connected with the Town brings to my attention, any <br />problem that he or she may have, regardless of how <br />minor that problem may seem. I am referring to any <br />type of problem, regardless of whether it is of a <br />legal or non-legal nature. If you will cooperate <br />in bringing these matters to my attention I am <br />convinced that we can make some improvements tnat <br />will render a better service to the people of <br />Mooresville, which is our responsibility. <br /> <br />Again, let me say tnat everyone con- <br />nected with the Town should feel free,at any time, <br />to contact me about any matter they wish to discuss. <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br /> <br />Core <br /> <br />FMC : so <br />
