<br />MINUTES OF MOORESVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> <br />Mooresville Town Hall (Fire House) <br />Sept. 9, 1968 <br />7:30 PM <br /> <br />Members present: George Worland, Chairman, Bob Johnson, Dale Heselman, <br />Dave Loudermilk, Winston Tackitt, Earl Magenheimer, and Bill Fisher, Attorney. <br /> <br />Minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved. <br /> <br />The resignation was received from Lewis Piepenbrink as leaving the <br />planning commission. Some names were suggested for replacement and these <br />were going to be checked out. <br /> <br />Mr. Fisher was asked to draw up an ordinance that no m>re trailer <br />or mobile home permits be granted. <br /> <br />Building permits that have been'1issued: To Don Allen, for garage on <br />Carlisle St., Mrs. Clarence Harris, 31 East Washington for a new porch. <br /> <br />Annexation was discussed. Mr. Worland and Mr. Fisher were to go to <br />Martinsville to record this. <br /> <br />A Letter was received from Mr. and Mrs. Paul Swisher asking for their <br />property to be annexed into the town corporate limits and also that a <br />statement be prepared by attorney on an easement of land where sewer crosses <br />their property. Heselman moved and Johnson seconded the motion that they be <br />annexed and the easement granted. Motion carried. <br /> <br />A notice was received from the Bureau of the Census, Jeffersonville, Ind. <br />as to the maps on the town annexation. For lack of information supplied, <br />this was sent back to them for clarification. <br /> <br />Winston Tackitt moved for adjournment and the meeting then adjourned. <br /> <br />Earl Magenheimer <br />
