<br />Mooresville Plan Commissions <br />Minutes <br />Thursday, May 24,2001 <br /> <br />The Mooresville Plan Commission met on Thursday, May 24, 2001, at 7:00 P.M. at the <br />Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />Commission member present were Chris Crouch, John Ehrhart, Robert Corbin, Robert <br />Williamson, and Jim Burner. Joel Beebe, Tim Bennett, Mike Young and Andy Pygman <br />were absent. Town Attorney, Tim Currens, was present. In the absent of Mr. Beebe, <br />Commissioner Ehrhart presided over the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion to approve minutes for the April 26, 2001 meeting was made by Commissioner <br />Bruner, second by Commissioner Crouch. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />First order of business was Mr. Kuhns, County Line Road, operating a scrap yard at his <br />residence, which was tabled from last month. Mr. Currens stated he had checked the <br />County Ordinance and with Mr. Kuhns being in business before the buffer zone was <br />extended covering his property, the board should grant his request to operate within the <br />two hundred square feet as is stated in the county ordinance. <br /> <br />Next on the agenda was Casey's General Store. They asked to be tabled until the June <br />28,2001 meeting. <br /> <br />Next Judy Gross reported for Joe Biekman that the building inspectors had 170 <br />inspections and 29 permits. <br /> <br />Next Mr. Burner reported that two vehicles had been removed from the property at 40 <br />West Main Street. He has not been able to verify that no one is living on the premises. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the commission, motion to adjourn was <br />made by Commissioner Burner. <br />qu.......
