MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br />FOR VARIANCE FROM DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS <br /> <br /> Pursuant to IC 36-7-4-918.5 the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals having heard the <br />variance filed by <br /> <br />requesting the follqwing variance from development standards <br /> <br />now makes the following Finding of Fact pursuant to IC 36-7-4-918.5: <br /> <br /> 1. The approval will not be injurious to the public~heal~, safety, morals, and. general <br />wel .fare of the eo_m~mgnity for the following reasons: ~2~/~,~&'~"¢.~ ~.~~' <br /> <br /> 2. The use and value of the area adjacent to the property included in the variance will <br />not be affected in a ~ubstantially adverse rr~ner;j:or the reasons that: ~ o4~ <br /> <br /> - ,- __ _ <br /> <br /> 3. The strict application of the terms of the Zoning Ordinance will result in practical <br />difficulties in the use of the property. However, the Zoning Ordinance may establish a stricter <br />standard than the "practical difficulties" standard prescribed by this sul~ivision.
