MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br />FOR VARIANCE FROM DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS <br /> <br /> Pursuant to IC 36-7-4-918.5 the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals having heard the <br />variance filed by <br /> <br />requesting the foll~owing vari~ance from development standards -- ,fl~.¢ ~ ~c ~ s <br /> <br />now makes the following Finding of Fact pursuant to IC 36-74-918.5: <br /> <br /> 1. The approval will not be injurious to the publ~c health, safety, morals, and general <br />welfare of the community for the following reasons: ,%~ 2,/~,~,~n ~ <br /> <br /> 2. The use and value of the area adjacent to the property included in the variance will <br />not be affected in a substantially adverse manner; for the reasons that: /]>~/.)~/~';_A <br /> <br /> 3. The strict application of the terms of the Zoning Ordinance will result in practical <br />difficulties in the use of the property. However, the Zoning Ordinance may establish a stricter <br />standard than the "practical difficulties" standard prescribed by this subdivision.
