After much discussion, Mr. Holloway said he would take 80%
brick back to the corporation. He also told the commission he would work on the
density, but probably would be 4.2 to 4.5 per gross acre density to make the development
feasible money-wise and probably a certain percentage of singles, doubles, and quads.

Motion was made by Commissioner Young, second by Commissioner Bruner to grant
continuance to September meeting. Motion carried 8-0.

Commissioner Bruner reported that at 40 West Main Street there were still two vehicles,
no water connected, and nobody living there and at 39 West Main Street, no water
connected and no one Jiving there.

A question was asked about regulation of water towers, attorney Tim Currens stated that
the water towers were under the Regulatory Commission and not subject to local zoning.

Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported thirty-three (33) permits and one bundred three
(103) inspections.

There being no further business to come before the commission at this time, a motion was
made by Commissioner Bruner to adjourn the meeting.

The next meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission will be September 27, 2001, at
7:00 P.
