<br />Next was the discussion of Mr. Harold Gutzwiller, 512 Village Blvd., requesting the <br />commission look at the Patio area that was added to the Past Times Restaurant. He feels <br />the patio should be sbielded from the surrounding neighbors and that the outside <br />entertainment or music be restricted to a reasonable bour. President Beebe asked to have <br />the request tabled until the next meeting so they will have time to look into the restriction <br />on the PUD. <br /> <br />Fire Marsbal Jim Bruner stated we have a town ordinance requiring buildings with three <br />or more sleeping areas bave to bave working fire detectors and there is a form that bas to <br />be filled out. The building at 40 W Main Street use to have three apartments, but now <br />there seems to be a vacant building. He bas been unable to contact the owner Julia Black <br />to confirm. He said there are three or four locked cars parked there with expired license. <br />Mr. Bruner and Mr. Biekman will look into the matter and report back at the next Plan <br />Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Biekman reported they have issued 48 permits and done 172 inspections last month. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the commission Commissioner Bruner <br />motioned to adjourn. <br /> <br />The next regular meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission will be Thursday, May 25, <br />2001, at the Mooresville Town HalL <br /> <br />President, Joel Beebe <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Secretary, Andy Pygrnan <br />
