Landersdale Rd. <br />Mooresville, IN 46158 <br /> <br />Dear Mike, <br /> <br />Enclosed is a note from the Town Council requesting an <br />amendment to the Zoning Ordinance by adding a definition for <br />"nightclubH (a copy of this definition enclosed) and allowing for <br />this use by Special Exception in the B-3 category only. This was <br />addressed by the Council due to the large numbers of crowds at a <br />local teen nightclub and the inability to cover this business with <br />out limited police force. In discussions with the Council I <br />thought this was the most prudent way to deal with the issue to <br />make sure that this type of use in the future is placed in the <br />appropriate location and the Special Exception procedure seems to <br />cover all of the issues. I will not be at the meeting Thursday, I <br />will be on vacation, however, please bring this up and we can do <br />it in conjunction with our other zoning amendments.
