Motion was made by Commissioner Ehrhart, second by Commissioner Pygman to approve the two lot minor plat subject to receiving a driveway permit. Motion carried 7-0. John Larrison from Holloway and Associates presented a rezone from B-3 to I-I for Richard Jones (Valley Motors) located at 9466 N. Karen Drive on State Highway 67 and off Merriman Road. Mr. Jones has been in business at this location for eighteen years. He sells cars and tires and does light maintenance work (lube changes and tire changes). Mr. Larrison told the commission the sole reason for this petition was to bring this parcel into compliance with the Town Ordinance. Motion was made by Commissioner Williamson, second by Commissioner Bruner to recommend to the Town Council to rezone this parcel to an I-I. Motion carried 7-0. Commissioner Pygrnan asked John Larrison if Holloway and Associates could include driving directions with the filings. Mr. Larrison told him they could do that. Motion was made by Commissioner Erhart, second by Commissioner Crouch to change the November meeting to November 14, 2002, at 6:30 P. M. behind the BZA meeting, to change the December meeting to December 12, 2002, 6:30 P. M. behind the BZA meeting, and to change the Plan Commission meeting times for January thru March to 6:00 P. M. and the April thru October meetings at 7:00 P. M. Motion carried 7-0. Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported twenty-one (21) permits and eighty-eight (88) inspections. There being no further business to come before the commission at this time, a motion was made by Commissioner Bruner, second by Commissioner Pygman to adjourn the meeting.
