Mr. Holloway said it hadn't been named <br />as of yet. Mr. Beikman said it was needed on the plat because of address concerns. Mr. <br />Montrie said the road would get a name this week. A motion was made by <br />Commissioner Crouch, a second by Commissioner Bruner to approve the site plan. <br />Motion carried 9-0. <br /> <br />Next item on the agenda: to establish a committee to review the Ordinance Book. <br />Chairman Young said anyone on the commission could work on this committee. <br />Attorney Currens told the commission two members or all nine members could come to <br />the meetings as long as the meetings were announced. Chairman Young made a <br />recommendation that Charles McGuire chair the committee. A motion was made by <br />Commissioner Young a second by Commissioner Bryant to appoint Commissioner <br />McGuire to serve as chairman of the Ordinance committee. Motion carried 8-0. <br /> <br />Ross Holloway told the Commission the Crafton rezone filing would be a PUD-E at the <br />November meeting and they would send notices for new meeting date and time. Ross <br />gave copies of the Martinsville Zoning Ordinance for the Plan Commission to review. <br />He said it was in Microsoft word and formatted and told the commission to cut it, <br />rephrase it, change it, etc. Commissioner Bryant asked if Martinsville had a web site the <br />ordinance was accessible thru. Mr. Holloway said they did not. Commissioner Bryant <br />said Plainfield had a nice web site their zoning ordinance was on and accessible. Mr. <br />Holloway said a lot of communities were doing this. Joe Beikman said he could put this <br />on disc to LaserFiche and then you would just have to type in a word and it would do the <br />search. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuire said he would like the building inspector to check the southeast <br />corner of South Indiana and High Street. This was rezoned to B-1 several years ago and <br />now there is a residence in the building. Joe Beikman answered, but his voice was too <br />low to be heard on the tape. Commissioner Ehrhart asked about a building at Arvin <br />Hopkin's Gravel Pit that used to be a real estate office and now he said it looked like <br />someone was living there. Attorney Tim Currens said there was a variance on the <br />building. Commissioner McGuire asked if they were selling cars on Highway 67 at the <br />Furniture Store. Mr. Beikman saw only one car there in front of the store. Commissioner <br />Bryant asked if a letter could be sent explaining what the zoning allows. Mr. Beikman <br />said he was aware of it. He knows if he wants to sell any more cars there, he has to file <br />for a variance. <br /> <br />Commissioner Williamson asked about the thoroughfare plan. Attorney Currens said that <br />will be in conjunction with the Ordinance review. Mr. Beikman said they should <br />probably classify each road and street and artery feeders to be consistent. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuire commented both corners of Bridge Street at Highway 67 and <br />High Street were full of water, there was no place for the water to go. Commissioner <br />Bryant asked if the State wasn't supposed to come through and rework all those <br />
