Robert Williarnson stated that he would like to have Tim <br />Currens investigate whether the Plan Commission can gain any control over the <br />developers or if they have to stand by the 1996 PUD approval. A motion was made by <br />Robert Williamson to continue the secondary approval of the PUD to the next meeting, <br />second by Troy Bryant. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />In other business, a letter was sent to the Plan Commission concerning a person on Bray <br />Road operating a NASCAR souvenir store in a large pole barn in a residential <br />neighborhood. Joe Beikman will send him a notice that he is in violation. <br /> <br />Joe Beikman reported fourteen (14) permits and thirty-two (32) inspections. <br /> <br />Mr. Beikman stated that he talked to Mr. Carlisle and told him that he had to file a <br />variance, which he has not done. Joe will call him and tell him that if he does not file a <br />variance he will site him into the next meeting. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Plan Commission at this time, a <br />motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Troy Bryant, second by Chris Crouch. <br />Motion carried 7 -0. <br /> <br />The next meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission will be on Thu <br />2004 at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> <br />
