<br />Joe Beikman, Building Inspector, reported eighteen (18) permits and sixty-seven (67) <br />inspections. He also told the commission all cars on the street (Brentwood Drive) were <br />licensed and belong to three or four different owners. <br /> <br />Commissioner Young said the apartments on Highway 144 had not maintained shrubs in <br />the front of complex, the siding was coming off, and there were not enough dumpsters or <br />they were not big enough to handle the trash. Commissioner Bruner said the apartments <br />were across from the entrance to Rooker Trace. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the commission at this time, <br />Commissioner Bruner made a motion with a second by Commissioner Ehrhart to adjourn <br />the meeting. Motion carried <br /> <br />hairman <br /> <br /> <br />The next meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission will be on Thursday, <br />2004, at 7:00 P. M. at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />
