Attorney Currens said he would have a draft for the proposal at the next <br />meeting and then the public hearing at the meeting after that. Mr. Currens said if the <br />county passes the ordinance on the engineers that would be for the whole county. But, it <br />would be a good idea to include the showing of septic fields on the plat. <br /> <br />Commissioner Bryant said that on the comer of High Street and Clay Street the people <br />have tom down the house and it looks like they are replacing it with a pole structure. Mr. <br />Beikman said the house was eaten up with termites and the last thing in the world the <br />owners wanted to do was tear that building down. He told the commission it is a pole <br />structure with brick veneer. <br /> <br />Joe Beikman, Building Inspector, reported sixteen (16) permits and fifty-seven (57) <br />inspections. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the commission at this time, a motion was <br />made by Commissioner Bruner with a second by Commissioner Crouch.
