Mooresville Board of Zonine Aooeals <br /> April 16, 1997 <br /> <br /> The Town of Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their regular scheduled <br />meeting on April 16, 1997 at the Mooresville Town Hall, 26 S. Indiana Street at 7:00 p.m. on <br />April 16, 1997. Board of Zoning Appeals members present were Michael Young, Alan Kramer, <br />Brent Plunke~ and Don Barry. Veto Kimmel was absent from the meeting. Board of Zoning <br />Appeals attorney Tim Currens was present for the meeting. <br /> <br /> Don Barry made the motion to approve the minutes as submitted of the March 19th, 1997 <br />meeting with Alan Cramer making the second. Motion passed 4 - 0 with none opposed. <br /> <br /> Alan Kramer made the motion and Don Barry second the motion to approve the findings <br />and facts on the previous meeting. Motion carries 4 - 0 with none opposed. <br /> <br /> Susan Neeley came before the board seeking a variance from R-1 to B-1 on property <br />located at 132 W. Main Street, Mooresville. The variance also was to restrict the business use to a <br />law office. Don Barry made the motion to deny the variance with Alan Cramer making the <br />second. Motion to deny the variance carried 4 - 0. <br /> <br /> Ross Holloway of Holloway & Associated represented Randy Beck in his request for a <br />variance for a PUD on 3 acres to 0.97 acres for development. Alan Kramer made the motion to <br />approve the variance with Brent Plunkett making the second. Motion to approve the variance <br />passed 4 - 0 with none opposed. <br /> <br /> Ross Holloway of Holloway & Associates represented Jim Henry in his request for a <br />variance of front set-back distance from 50' to 35' on Lot # 7 and Lot # 8 in the Acadia Estates <br />Subdivision. Motion to approve the variance was made by Don Barry with Brent Plunkett making <br />the second. Motion to approve the variance passed 4 - 0 with none opposed. <br /> <br /> Ross Holloway of Holloway & Associates presented the request for a variance for width to <br />depth ratio on Lots # 123, #123, #126 and #127 in the Karrington Estates Section II Sulxlivision. <br />Motion to approve the variance was made by Alan Kramer with Don Barry making the second. <br />Motion to approve passed 4 - 0 with none opposed. <br /> <br /> <br />
