<br />five or six weeks and the Town might not agree with them, so this could take even <br />longer. <br /> <br />Commissioner Ehrhart shared with the commission the meeting with PacMore, a dry food <br />processing plant, interested in the Davee property located at Old 67 and New 67. <br />PacMore wanted and 1-3 zoning, but the Town does not like 1-3 uses, if for some reason <br />they leave we don't want a junkyard there, as an example. An 1-2 zoning and then get a <br />variance for twenty-four hour operation was suggested. Attorney Currens said they were <br />moving forward with their plans and seeking matching grants. Attorney Currens had <br />suggested to PacMore the easiest way to make this fit would be 1-2 zoning and a variance <br />for the 24 hours rather than 1-3 and go for a variance for setbacks and significantly more <br />buffering. PacMore has to get easements for rail service. They could have fifteen <br />railroad cars sitting there at one time. <br /> <br />Commissioner Ehrhart commented the car business on Indianapolis Road appears to be <br />gone. But they had talked a little bit about Barlow's lot and if that was considered <br />outside storage. Traditionally, it has not been. Attorney Currens has been keeping an eye <br />out and probably will have to look at license plate. Joe Beikman, Building Inspector, said <br />this was zoned B-3 under the old ordinance, but now the classification has been changed <br />to I-I. The police could take a look at this. <br /> <br />Another issue was a letter concerning a recreational vehicle in a driveway and people <br />living in it. Attorney Currens thinks this violates our ordinance. He had sent a letter to <br />Joe on this issue. He referenced Section I-Residental in our ordinance that restricts <br />property use to one single-family residential use. Also referenced page 12 of the <br />ordinance recreation vehicle as a temporary dwelling for travel or vacation use only. If <br />on a family dwelling this is in violation because there is more than one use on that <br />property. <br /> <br />Building Inspector, Joe Beikman, reported eight (8) permits and forty-six (46) <br />inspections. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the commission, a motion was made by <br />Commissioner Corbin with a second by Commissioner Bryant to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Chairman <br /> <br /> <br />
