<br />MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />FOR VARIANCE OF USE <br /> <br />Pursuant to IC 36-7-4-918.4, the Mooresville Board of Zoning <br />Appeals, having heard the variance filed by Karen Overpeck, 10302 <br />N. Pennington Rd. requesting the following variance of use to <br />operate a bed and breakfast, now makes the following Finding of <br />Fact pursuant to IC 36-7-4-918.4: <br /> <br />1. The approval <br />health, safety, morals, <br />to the following: this <br />the community <br /> <br />will not be injurious to the public <br />and general welfare of the community due <br />type of use would not have any impact on <br /> <br />2. The use and value of the area adjacent to the property <br />included in the variance will not be affected in a substantially <br />adverse manner due to the following: this low impact use and the <br />size of the property would buffer any adjoining use from any <br />adverse affect <br /> <br />3. <br />peculiar <br />property <br /> <br />The need for the variance <br />to the property involved, <br />being several acres <br /> <br />arises <br />namely: <br /> <br />from some condition <br />the size of the <br /> <br />4.
