She feels there are some alternatives which will satisfy everyone.

James Hofforth said he was doing this so he could be closer to help take care of his
mother and maintain the property.

Sandy Kelly said she lives at the back of the property and would not want the modular
home in her back yard.

Mr. Kramer said the board did not have enough information to be able to make a decision
on this petition. With the concerns of the neighbors he feels the board needs to have a
plat map showing where the home would be set with the set backs marked. He told her
she could go the County Auditors office and get a map with a photograph showing the
placement of the building on her property. They will also need the conclusion from the
Board of Health on the soil sample and a drawing showing the location of both homes on
the property with the set back requirements. The board needs to see if there are two
suitable locations.

Mr. Swisher asked if they were sure that everyone was notified by letter about their
petition. Mr. Currens explained that they need to notify all property owners that were
within two deep or six hundred sixty feet of their property line. New notices will not be
sent unless there are others that need to be notified.

Motion to table the variance for a modular home at 11246 N. Motion carried 5-0.

There being no further business to come before the board a motion to adjourn was made
by Don Barry, second by Mike Young.
