<br />Ii <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />WEST DISTRICT <br /> <br />This district consists of land from the western limit of the planning area to White Lick <br />Creek and the southern part of the State Road 67 corridor. It is largely open space used <br />primarily for agriculture with some scattered residential development <br /> <br />The hilly terrain and limited access make this district most suitable for continued low <br />density residential development where the district abuts the southern part ofthe State <br />Road 67 corridor. <br /> <br />Under certain conditions, some higher uses may be consistent with the goals of the plan <br />for some tracts of land along State Road 42 where a large tract of land can be developed <br />as a planned unit. ~~( 1.f:;J <br /> <br />EAST DISTRICT <br /> <br />The east district includes all the area east of the State Road 67 corridor and extends to the <br />eastern boundary ofthe planning area.
