<br />Mark and Jan Mathis, 133 Northeast St., are requesting a rezone oflots 7 and 8 Northeast <br />Street from residential to B-2. Commissioner Logan asked if their office was currently <br />zoned B-2 and Mr. Mathis said it is under a variance. Commissioner Berwick asked Mr. <br />Mathis what they were planning to do with the property. He said an antique type store or <br />what B-2 would allow. Commissioner Williamson asked if their office should not be <br />rezoned to B-2 also, because with the variance it could go back to residential. <br /> <br />Motion to recommend to the Town Council a rezone from residential to B-2 of Lots 7 and <br />8 Northeast Street with the Council putting on the exceptions was made by <br />Commissioner McGuire, second by Commissioner Ehrhart. Motion carried 6-1 with <br />Commissioner Williams opposed. This will go to the Town Council on July 19, 2005. <br /> <br />Joe Beikman, Building Inspector, reported twenty-three (23) permits and fifty-three (53) <br />inspections. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuire asked to be put on the July 28th Plan Commission meeting to <br />discuss the changes to the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />Commissioner Ehrhart said on Bolton Avenue there were several semi-trailers lined up <br />between the apartments and the railroad tracks. Also at 1033 N. Indiana Street there are <br />8 to 10 cars in the yard and one is up on blocks. Commissioner Young said they would <br />have Mr. Beikman look at these and report back to the Commission next month. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission a motion to adjourn was <br />made by Commissioner Berwick, second by Commissioner Logan.
