County Line Road expressed several concerns. John
Sheridan 177 E County Line Road spoke of a house being for sale next to him. His
concern is, if that house has not sold in over two years, how could this sell for much
more.

Commissioner Williamson said he thought putting in a couple of homes would be a better
solution for this property.

Commissioner Logan feels that the property just as well stay empty.

After, more discussion about restriction, wording and other projects in the area,
Commissioner Bryant motioned to deny a continuance, the motion was seconded by
Commissioner Williamson, the vote was 4-4.
