Max Jenkins, from the audience asked about the Stauffer 4-lot minor plat on Rooker <br />Road. He was told this plat request had been withdrawn. <br /> <br />Jason Wingate, 40 Faiflane Drive, inquired of the Plan Commission a special exception <br />for their neighbor across the street who was building a garage. Mr. Wingate said that <br />currently the neighbor was within the Mooresville Ordinances, but the way the houses sit, <br />this garage will affect the front view of his property. Attorney Tim Currens told Mr. <br />Wingate that if the person meets the standards set by Mooresville, the commission can- <br />not prohibit him from building this garage. <br /> <br />Building Inspector, Joe Beikman, reported twenty-two (22) permits, and sixty-three (63) <br />inspections. <br /> <br />President Young reminded everyone that the April meeting starts the 7:00 PM time for <br />the summer. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the commission at this time a motion was <br />made by Commissioner Ehrhart, second by Commissioner Bmner to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />The next meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission will be Thursday, April 24, 2003, <br />at 7:00 PM at the Mooresville Town Hall. ~.-~. ? / <br /> <br /> , President <br /> <br /> <br />
