. ,* c c c Next, Jeff Banning of Banning Engineering presented an amendment to Town CXJit~.J~J.ID.-C for the northeast comer, north of Blockbuster Video. This is dividing one lot o~.~ a~res-in.fo three lots. A proposed Ritters on .94 acres, proposed Steak and Shake on .98 acres, and unknown on .82. acres. Two accesses to Town Center Road for each lot. Availability fees will be paid before recording the plat. Motion was made by Commissioner Pygman, second by Commissioner Young to accept amendment to original PUD-C with the stipulation the lighting is compatible and availability fees are paid. Motion carried 8-0. Tom Engle ofBames & Thornberg presented TOA'S replat of the Rawlings Minor Plat platted by Mid States Engineering. TOA is taking five acres out of Lot 1 and putting with Lot 2 to give to Woods Wire. Woods Wire is exercising their option to purchase they had before TOA decided to purchase. Tim Currens suggested approval be subject to certification of downstream flow for each of the lots involved. Motion was made by Commissioner Bennett, second by Commissioner Ehrhart to approve TOA Minor Plat subject to downstream flow certification on all lots. Motion carried 8-0. Chairman Beebe announced the Master Plan Review Committee consists of Mike Young and John Ehrhart. Chris Crouch volunteered to work on the committee. Mike Young will chair the committee. Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported forty (40) permits and one hundred six (106) inspections. There being no further business to come before the Mooresville Plan Commission, Commissioner Bruner motioned to adjourn the meeting.
