Holloway will seek a variance for this <br /> setback and reapply. <br /> <br /> Next Ross Holloway presented the Wright Minor Plat for <br /> approval. Motion was made by Art Raney, second by Tim Bennett to <br /> approve the Minor Plat. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Ross Holloway presented Pioneer Country Estates for Final <br /> Plat Approval. The Commission was given a letter of credit for <br /> completion of infrastructure in the amount of $293,445.00. <br /> The area contains 58 lots, 7 fire hydrants. The sewer availability <br /> fees have been paid. The homes will be all brick. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by John Ehrhart to <br />approve the Final Plat for Pioneer Country Estates. Motion <br />carried 7-0. <br /> <br /> Ross Holloway presented Country View Estates for appmoVal of <br />PUD R zoning. The area includes 94 lots, 4 phases, full brick on <br />main floor, homeowners maintaining street lights, and a <br />homeowner's board set up after 100% of houses are finished. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Tim Bennett to <br />approve development of entire Subdivision's Preliminary Plan. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br /> Motion made by Tim Bennett, second by Bill Abbott for final <br />approval for Section 1, subject to bonding and maintenance of <br />sign areas, eighteen lots, 12,000 square foot minimum size lot, <br />and permits. Three (3) fire hydrants are in this section. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Art Raney to present <br />amended Buffer Zone to the next Town Council meeting for approval. <br /> <br /> Other matters brought to the attention of the Commission were: <br /> <br />The property in back of Jack's Pizza on the corner of East Harrison <br />and South Indiana Street. A business is there again in violation <br />of our sign ordinance. Building Inspector Joe Beikman will look <br />into this and town Attorney Tim Currens will contact the owners. <br />Also, the property on South and Madison Streets, one side of the <br />house has fallen down. The Historical Society wants it reclaimed. <br />Motion was made by Bill Abbott, second by Tim Bennett to have <br />Joe Beikman find the owner of the property and to inspect the <br />property for safeness. <br /> <br /> <br />
