This is located on Highway 144, 450 feet from the Senior Citizen Center. <br />Charles Nelson speaking for the Senior Citizem requested the Plan Commission to consider the <br />danger of another driveway coming out onto Highway 144. The neighbor(Mr. Blair) has chosen <br />not to record the minor plat he had approved. He has a June 16, 1997 deadline to get thc plat <br />recorded. There is already an existing access easement. Motion was made by Commissioner <br />Abbott, second by Commissioner Campbell to approve the minor plat with the contingency that <br />reasonable agreement procedures for the Driveway to make the driveway wider at the entrance to <br />the highway are met and a variance request for a setback line on Lot #1. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Ross Holloway then presented the Cravens Minor Plat. This consists of two lots on the East side <br />of Highway 267 at White Lick Road. There is an existing house on Lot #1. Motion was made by <br />Commissioner McGuire, second by Commissioner Kimmel to accept the petition for the Minor <br />Flat with the annexation request and a rezone to R-1 from Agriculture and a variance for LOt #1 <br />for lot size, building line, and length to width ratio. Motion carried g-0. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman presented maps to the Commission of the new Buffer Zone. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Abbott, second by Commissioner Kimmel to approve the <br />Buffer Zone and have it recorded. Motion carried 8-0. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Joe Beikman reported twenty-six (26) permits and sixty-one (61) inspections. <br /> <br />Them being no further business to come before the Commission at this time, motion for <br />adjournment was made by Commissioner Campbell, second by Commissioner Ehrhart.
