Committee's stipulations. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />In other business, Commissioner Young said he felt the Commission was not represented by <br />Attorney Smith in the Remster lawsuit. The fight to appeal has passed. President Beebe showed <br />the Commission the Judge's order to sign by each Commissioner. Motion was made by <br />Commissioner Ehrhart, second by Commissioner Marshall to move forward and approve the <br />Remster Minor Plat. Motion was 4-0, Commissioner Young abstaining. Not a quorum vote. <br />Tabled to next meeting on 6-24-99. <br /> <br />President Beebe read a request letter from Charles Holder to move the June meeting to a larger <br />facility due to Charles Bodell rezone and Wolfe Plat approval on the agenda. President Beebe <br />told the Commission he could ask for the High School Auditorium. Town Attorney Tim Currens <br />thinks this is a legitimate request. This will be published as a legal notice more than one time <br />and posted in the normal four places immediately. <br /> <br />Commissioner Pygman said the resident on Indianapolis Road was operating a ceramic business <br />out of his home again. Inspector Beikman will check to see if a variance was granted. <br /> <br />There was a question about the Knightsbridge sign being a traffic hazard. Inspector Beikman <br />said an easement for the sign was approved. <br /> <br />Inspector Beikman told the Commission he sent a letter to the man selling cars in his yard on <br />Indianapolis Road. He has not had a response as of yet. Mr. Beikman also reported fifty-six (56) <br />permits and one hundred seventy-two (172) inspections. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Plan Commission at this time, motion was <br />made by Commissioner Ehrhart to adjourn. <br /> <br />The next meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission will be Thursday, June 24, 1999, at 7:00 <br />P.
