MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION <br /> MINUTES <br /> THURSDAY, JANUARY 27, 2000 <br /> <br />The Mooresville Plan Commission met Thursday, January 27, 2000 at 7:00 P. M. at the <br />Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br />Commission members present were Joel Beebe, Mike Young, Andy Pygrnan, Robert <br />Williamson, Charles McGuire, John Ehrhart, Tim Bennett and Town Attorney Rodric D Bray. <br />Member Alan Marshall was absent. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Young, second by Commissioner Bennett to approve <br />minutes of December 15, 1999. Motion carded 7-0. <br /> <br />Chairman Beebe asked for a motion to appoint a new Chairman for the year 2000. Motion was <br />made by Commissioner Young, second by Commissioner Bennett to appoint Commissioner <br />Beebe as Chairman of Plan Commission for the year 2000. Motion Carded 6-0. Commissioner <br />Beebe abstaining. <br /> <br />Chairman Beebe asked for a motion to appoint a new Vice Chairman for the year 2000. Motion <br />was made by Commissioner Young, second by Commissioner Pygman to appoint Commissioner <br />McGuire as Vice Chairman for the year 2000. Motion carried 6-0. Commissioner McGuire <br />abstaining. <br /> <br />Chairman Beebe asked for a motion to appoint a new Secretary for the year 2000. Motion was <br />made by Commissioner Ehrhart, second by Commissioner Young to appoint Commissioner <br />Pygrnan as Secretary for the year 2000. Motion carded 6-0. Commissioner Pygman abstaining. <br /> <br />Chairman Beebe asked for a motion to appoint two members to the Board of Zoning Appeals. <br />There was a discussion as to whether they should appoint one or two members to the BZA. The <br />appointment was tabled until next meeting, February 24, 2000. <br /> <br />Next order of business was the correction of signing of replat for lot 15, Pioneer Country <br />Estates. The Board granted a replat of Lot 15 for a replacement of a drainage ditch so the lot <br />could be made larger. The replat was filed without a dedication, which no one caught, therefore <br />the filing was illegal. A dedication was added to the replat which now needs the board's <br />approval. Motion was made by Commissioner Young, second by Commissioner Ehrhart, to <br />approve the replat for Lot 15 in Pioneer Estates. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />Next order of business were the TKC Enterprises/Fisher-Perry amendments to Southbridge <br />Crossing lots 4F, 4G and 4. Ross Holloway representing TKC Enterprises asked the south <br />property line be moved ten feet, the south property line of lot 4G be moved ten feet to allow <br />them to enlarge the building of lot 4F in the future so they would meet the requirement of the <br /> <br /> <br />
